When do i need to book wedding photographer/videographer?

As soon as possible actually. If you wedding date is between May and October is hot season.

It's recommendable to have first appointment (online or in our office) up till latest February, otherwise your date may not be available.

Mostly the weddings are for weekend so the dates go fast.

 

Pricing and Services

Our price list starts at 800€ for a wedding photo-journalism report and 450€ for wedding films.

Be in touch and we can tailor-made an offer to custom for your needs.

 

All our packages include preparatory meeting, scouting if required, the photo-shoot, post-production and delivery.

We provide you with all our pictures in high-definition, and, if you want, we can also send them to your guests with our special application.
We include a couple’s session on D-day, but only if you feel like it. Not all the couples feels up for it. And yes if you feel up for it, you can bring your kids or furry member of a family :)

 

How does the booking works?

Get in touch with us to see if your date is available.

If yes, we will make an appointment to get to know each other – in person or online.

After a meeting we send you our offer based on your needs and you have 3-5 days to accept. If so, the binding booking is made as soon as you sign my contract and pay the agreed deposit.

How long after the wedding day i get my digital files?

You will receive the edited photos max 21 days after the wedding day.

 

How long after the wedding i get my album or canvas?

Simple Album, if you are in Ibiza, we can deliver the same day when you have chosen your pictures. If you are leaving right after the wedding, as soon as you choose the photos online, we can prepare and send the album (3-5 days in EU)

 

PhotoBook, WeddingBook, FineArtAlbum snd Canvases we deliver max 45 days after selection of the photos.

How long the shooting last?

It will depend on the package you chose, most common to choose are the one with:
Preparations + ceremonies + cocktail

or
Preparations + ceremonies + cocktail + evening

 

Both include session with a couple. When we actually make some shots of only two of you, depends of logistic of your wedding day. But usually is after the ceremony when emotions are calm down and the guests are having fun :) We sneak, and in 15-30 min we manage to have a great shots! it last a bit more if you want to bring your kids :)

Our plans have a time limit, but in most cases, our involvement goes beyond and above what was originally agreed upon. We do our best to get you the best final product.

The "Preparations + ceremonies + cocktail” package usually starts early in the morning and goes on until the first course is served. If you are planning for a spectacular entrance, or fabulous speeches, they will be photographed.

The plan including the evening ends after dessert and the first dance, shortly after the dance floor starts filling up.
This is assuming your wedding day will follow traditional guidelines as known in Spain. If you’re having a special day that doesn’t seem to fit in the above, no problem, let’s talk about it and figure out something that works for you.

 

How you deliver digital files to us and our guests?

We deliver edited full resolution digital files through Google Drive Link or Online customise gallery.

 

We have special application for your guests, where a guest makes a selfie and the app select only the photos where that person is. It's super easy and fast, so guests don't have to go through all the files and all the pictures of other guests.

 

How do we define our style?

We observe and capture the best, most authentic moments. Most of the guests will not even notice us at work - and that's how it should be. Our style is called wedding reportage. We narrate in a natural way all the moments of your most beautiful day.

 

In private sessions our priority is to make you feel relaxed, happy and to create fun atmosphere on your wedding day. We make a difference between model posing and small suggestions to have as a result a natural reportage look in the photos (films).

Our aim is to adapt to your sensibility and what make you feel most natural (some couples also love to pose), we try to embrace your energy.

Each couple is unique and each wedding is unique!

 

 

 

VIDEO

 

How long i have to wait for a video?

Classic and Dyanmic video will be edited and delivered after 90 days from a wedding day and Mini video after 45 days.

 

Trailer (max 1 min) is delivered 14 days after a wedding day.

 

How do you delivered video?

Video is delivered via Google Drive link in HD resolution. You can download the video on any device.

 

Video are edited and post product in Premier Pro

 

Some trailers can be edited in After Effects (we can agree on that before preferring on style you like better)

 

Does my video have an original audio or music?

We use original audio only on request. If you have a speech or any moment that you want to be recored and edited in video, you let us know.

In general video is edited with music. You choose your favorite 3,4 songs and we use that. We usually recommend different rhythm of songs, so we can have more option in editing.

Silver Package includes simple sticker Album with 20 prints in A4 format (20x30cm)

 

Gold Package includes Photo Book line Photoflat:

Platinum Package and Dymond includes Wedding Book:

All you need to know about Canvas

The canvas on which the print is made is slightly reflective.

Your subject will be embellished with a tactile and vivid effect. You can order the print on canvas with frame in the various formats that we offer.
