Do you offer services in Formentera or Palma de Mallorca and are there extra travel fees?
Yes, we absolutely do. While we are based in Ibiza, we regularly capture weddings and events across all the Balearic Islands, including Formentera and Mallorca. We are also available for destination weddings further abroad with advanced planning. When filling out our contact form, please specify your exact event venue so we can provide you with a tailored quote that includes any necessary travel arrangements. We define our work as Wedding Reportage. We move away from forced poses to focus on emotional and spontaneous storytelling. Our editing aims for timeless elegance: natural colors, Mediterranean light, and a cinematic aesthetic that will not go out of style.
We observe and capture the best, most authentic moments. Most of the guests will not even notice us at work - and that's how it should be. We narrate in a natural way all the moments of your most beautiful day.
In private sessions our priority is to make you feel relaxed, happy and to create fun atmosphere on your wedding day. We make a difference between model posing and small suggestions to have as a result a natural reportage look in the photos (films).
Our aim is to adapt to your sensibility and what make you feel most natural (some couples also love to pose), we try to embrace your energy.

Do you provide drone footage for wedding photos and videos?
Yes, we include drone filming in our cinematography packages, provided that the weather conditions and local air space regulations allow it. For these more personal celebrations, we offer tailored packages of 2 or 3 hours, perfect for capturing the essence of your elopement in a more concise and relaxed way
What happens if you are unable to attend our wedding day due to health reasons?
We take our commitment to your wedding day very seriously, but we also have a solid contingency plan in place for unforeseen emergencies. If one of us is unable to attend due to a serious health reason, the other will still lead the team to ensure continuity in style and quality. Furthermore, we belong to a professional network of high-level photographers and videographers in Ibiza and the Balearic Islands who share our artistic vision. In the unlikely event of an emergency, we will secure a qualified professional of equal caliber to step in, ensuring that your day is documented perfectly and that the final editing is still handled by us to maintain our signature look. What happens if it rains on our wedding day?
While Ibiza is known for its sunshine, we are always prepared for a plan b. We are experienced in working with different lighting conditions and will find the most beautiful indoor or sheltered spots at your venue to ensure your photos still look magical and elegant.
Do we need to meet you in person before the wedding?
While it is not mandatory, we love to meet our couples! If you are visiting Ibiza before the wedding, we can grab a coffee. If not, we can schedule a video call via Zoom or Whats App to go over the timeline, get to know your personalities, and ensure everything is perfectly aligned for your day.
How do we secure our date with Ibiza Wedding Photo?
First, get in touch to check if we are available on your date. If we are, we will schedule a meeting—either in person or online—to get to know each other. After our chat, we will send you a personalized proposal. We kindly ask that you let us know your decision within a decent period, as dates in Ibiza are in high demand and we can only hold your slot for a limited time. Do you deliver RAW photos or unedited video footage?
No, we do not deliver RAW files or unedited footage. To us, delivering RAW files would be like a baker delivering a wedding cake as just a pile of flour, water, sugar, and chocolate.
The "magic" happens in the kitchen—or in our case, the editing suite. A RAW file is only the beginning of the creative process; it is an unfinished product that requires professional post-production to truly shine. When do we have our couple session during the wedding day?

Whenever possible, we choose the golden hour and sunset for your couple shots, as this provides the most beautiful and romantic light. Typically, the session lasts no more than 15 to 20 minutes. It is a wonderful opportunity for the two of you to step away, be alone, and simply enjoy each other's company. Our goal is for you to feel relaxed and have fun while we capture these intimate moments.
We would like to have a photo session with our kids, how can we organize it?
Of course! As parents ourselves, we understand the unique dynamics and needs of younger children. If you have children under the age of seven, we suggest a flexible approach where we capture a small photo session whenever the moment feels right for them.
Many factors can influence a child's mood on a big day—from being overstimulated by crowds and heat to being out of their usual routine or simply feeling hungry. Since sunset can sometimes be a bit late for little ones, we keep a close eye on their energy and aim to organize their portraits as soon as the right moment arises. This ensures they stay happy and we capture their most natural, joyful expressions without any stress.
Do we need to prepare anything for the photography or videography session?
What we recommend, especially for larger weddings, is to prepare a "must-have" list for photos with family and friends. In our experience, regardless of the wedding style, guests will always want a formal photo with the couple after the ceremony.
To keep things stress-free, we suggest taking a moment to relax, hydrate, and have a bite to eat right after the ceremony. Once you are refreshed, we can efficiently work through your group list. Important Note on Surprises:

We simply need to prepare for this in advance within your wedding timeline. By choosing the best location and the right timing—usually just after the ceremony or at the beginning of the cocktail hour—we can ensure the process is quick and smooth, so you can get back to celebrating with your loved ones without any stress.

The Final Film: Your full, professionally edited wedding film is delivered between 90 and 100 days after the event. This time frame allows us to meticulously craft your story, ensuring perfect color grading, sound design, and narrative flow.
Will our video include original audio or music?
By default, our films are creatively edited to a musical soundtrack that captures the energy and mood of your wedding. However, we believe that the spoken words of your day—the promises you make and the stories your loved ones tell—add a unique emotional layer that music alone cannot replace.
To make the film truly yours, we ask you to send us 4 or 5 songs with different rhythms (some slow and romantic, others more upbeat). We believe that music is what truly wakes up emotions, and every couple has their own favorites. In our experience, even if a song fits our editing style perfectly, it might not match your personal sensibility. By using your selection, we ensure the final edit is a perfect reflection of your taste.
